Job Title: Mail Clerk
Location: Universal City, CA
Duration: 4 Months
On-Site 100% (WED & FRI ONLY) *** Valid DL mandatory
Delivering/Picking-up mail onsite designated route must have excellent customer services skills.
PART-TIME - but very common to work up to 32 hours if available and w/notice to cover others shift
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years experience & High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to navigate through complex situations and personalities. Excellent customer services skills.
- Must be able to work standing for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., and adjust to a flexible work schedule based on the fluctuating work load.
- Knowledge of construction and architecture a plus but not required.
- Bi-lingual a plus.
- Self-starter, good at problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to organize, prioritize and execute numerous tasks in parallel.
- Ability to create tools and processes which elevate team effectiveness, consistency and the client experience.
- Ability to work solo or with a team.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Excel & Google docs 0-2 Years Basic computer knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and delivery of internal mail and packages Deliver mail to the proper department
- Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds.
- Receive, sort & deliver daily mail
- Driving a golf cart to deliver mail/packages around the Lot, and need a valid DL to operate the golf cart on the lot. Packages can weigh up to 50 lbs but they have dolly’s that they put it on. But will need to lift out of the golf cart and onto the dolly or from the ground to the dolly, etc.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 per hour
