About your new role:

Machine Operators perform the essential role of setting-up, running and improving our proprietary equipment. Reporting directly to our Unit Managers, our Machine Operators work independently following specific job instructions while working with our Inspector Packers to make sure that quality standards are met and customer orders are delivered on-time.

The skills we will help you develop will allow you to understand the thermoforming process. You’ll then use your analytical ability to troubleshoot any machine issues as they may arise. Making use of multiple resources you’ll precisely set up and run machines, work confidently on multiple machines at the same time and interact and communicate with multiple groups of Inspector Packers to achieve our high quality standards.

What you need:

This is a great role for a technical individual with a high school diploma or equivalent who can pass our mathematics and mechanical aptitude tests and is willing to follow specific manufacturing instructions. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Qualifications and skills will be assessed for Machine Operator and Machine Operator Assistant openings.

Your hours:

2nd shift: 3:45 pm – 2:15 am, Monday through Thursday, with frequent mandatory overtime on Fridays.

3rd shift: 7:45 pm - 6:15 am, Monday through Thursday, with frequent mandatory overtime on Fridays.
