The Corporate Development Integration Management Office (IMO) is responsible for maximizing impact from our acquisitions. We serve as strategic partners to the sponsoring business leaders, acquired team, and corporate functions by developing and executing against integration strategies that support the value drivers for each transaction. We partner with over 30 functional leaders across the company to drive financial and operational business outcomes.
Reporting into the IMO, the M&A Integration Program Manager will lead development of a value creation framework, manage collaboration tools across the integration team, and support the successful integration of acquisitions into Autodesk.
Responsibilities
Value Capture & Analytics

Design, implement and manage M&A value capture activities – e.g. success metrics, dashboards, scorecards to drive accountability, facilitate decisions, provide transparency, identify risks to business goals

Support IMO Leader & Communications/Change Management lead in socializing value capture content in appropriate communications vehicles
Collaboration Tools

Design and implement central repository for collaboration, including collaboration processes across the team

Maintain and update collaboration tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams) for integration projects
Program Management

Support IMO Leader & Integration Leads on execution of integration projects, working collaboratively with 30+ cross-functional teams to manage and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies

Support continuous improvement of M&A toolset/templates

Support communication of project progress, issues, and goal achievement across senior leadership and project team audiences

Participate in due diligence, understand the strategic objectives, support integration planning and execution, assess risks and challenges
Minimum Qualifications
-
Demonstrated 5+ years of program/project management experience for managing complex, cross-functional projects

M&A Experience – familiarity with the M&A process and integration methodology

Demonstrated Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint experience

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to extract key messages from detail and translate into audience appropriate messages

Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a team-oriented and flexible approach

Strong attention to detail, with the skills and experience to communicate “big picture” goals

Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives in a timely manner and with a high degree of quality

Ability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities

Strong meeting management skills

Working knowledge of major corporate functions

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $116,800 and $188,870. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
