The Service Advisor/Writer is the dealership's first-line customer relations and service sales representative. As a Service Advisor, you will greet customers and be the main point of contact between the customer and our team of technicians.

We are looking for Advisors with:

• Customer service experience
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Reynolds computer software is helpful (ERA Ignite) but NOT required
• Toyota and/or Lexus experience preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently and per company procedures.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
• Communicate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
