Shift differential offered for Full, Part Time, and Per Diem LPN's.

$1.50 shift differential for 3 pm - 11 pm shift

$1.00 shift differential for 11 pm - 7 am shift

$200 Attendance Bonus for Full Time Employees

$100 Attendance Bonus for Part Time Employees

The Licensed Practical (LPN) is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As an LPN you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including:

• Bedside Nursing

• Care Planning

• Implementing Care

• Managing Patient Care provided by CNAs

• Quality Improvement

• Problem Solving

• Assessment

• Medication Administration

• Treatments

Required qualifications:

• Graduate of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program.
• Previous experience as an LPN in an acute care/long term care setting is desirable.
• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
