LPN NURSING OPPORTUNITY

Join our nursing team working in our modern Infirmary Center, where you will ensure the well-being of adult men with intellectual & developmental disabilities. The position requires a current Illinois nursing license with an interest in using and building strong pharmacological, medical, communication and observation skills.

Both a full-time and part-time position is available. This day shift position requires some weekends that includes a $7.14/hr weekend shift differential. The full-time position offers more than 26 paid personal days each year, great health and dental plan options, short and long term disability, and an annual retention bonus.

Recent grads encouraged to apply! Previous experience with the developmentally disabled population is a plus, but not a requirement. We provide the training and support you need to connect and make a difference with this amazing group of men! In this role, you will interact with men, caregivers, families, and physicians. Our nurses are a vital part of an interactive interdisciplinary care team, working together to achieve the best outcomes for each person served.

For over 50 years, Good Shepherd Manor has been home to over 100 men with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our thriving community of residents and staff enjoy living or working on our picturesque 60-acre campus that includes 13 modern group homes located 45 minutes south of Chicago just north of Momence, Illinois.
