Nightingale Homecare is looking for LPNs for our Private Duty Division for one-on-one care in the home.
12 Hour Shifts: Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, West Valley, Phoenix, Cave Creek, Carefree

The Private Duty LPN is responsible for:
- Assisting in planning for the patient’s care under the direction of the RN Clinical Manager.
- Providing skilled nursing care as prescribed by the physician and directed by RN and as described in the care plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-year nursing experience
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR, Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current AZ Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to perform the duties of the position
