THE JOB

Live Nation Concerts is seeking a qualified Data & Systems Coordinator for its destination events. We produce intimate and exclusive experiences where everyone is a VIP and no detail is overlooked. This role will focus on delivering data services to the internal teams by collecting, organizing, and reporting using both internal and external tools and systems. We are seeking candidates who are self-starters and have the ability to work with multiple departments and teams. The ideal candidate should possess the passion, skills, and abilities to help grow and refine our data and systems capabilities. This candidate will join our expert team of passionate travel and music lovers.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Responsible for day to day upkeep of various company systems including but not limited to:
  • Daily imports of ticket sales from 3rd party ticketing system into proprietary inventory management system
  • Daily review and maintenance of available hotel inventory as related to available packages for sale
  • Daily review and processing of wait list orders versus available inventory
  • Weekly imports of customer purchase data into proprietary guest management system
  • Work across entire company to support existing systems including but not limited to:
  • Providing access to various systems and platforms per company protocols
  • Providing basic training and support across company within various company platforms
  • Assisting with the creation and delivery of custom reports as needed by various departments
  • Gathering and organizing feedback regarding potential system improvements
  • Work with third party vendors to coordinate basic data required for implementing event specific APIs (Does not require programming skills)
  • Work with management to develop and evolve company systems
  • Assist in creating project scopes for development of new systems and features
  • Work with third party developers to help manage projects in the context of deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Assist with testing and rollout of new features and systems
  • On-site system maintenance and support during events
  • Work with resorts to ensure proper network environment based on our technical needs
  • Manage on the site server that drives proprietary check-in systems
  • Support rollout and access to various on-site systems for lodging team, concierge staff, check-in operations, and box office operations

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Strong computer skills / Comfortable working within Mac and MS operating systems

  • Willing to travel internationally for weeks at a time
  • Additional skills (not required)
  • Experience working with Filemaker / Claris
  • Understands relational databases
  • A basic understanding of PHP
  • Experience with API integrations
