Rosati’s Pizza, a Chicagoland Favorite since 1964 is looking for hard working, experienced line/prep cooks. FT shifts available.
The Kitchen Line/Prep Cooks prepare and cook a variety of pastas, entrees, salads, and sandwiches.
Responsibilities:
- Refer to daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties
- Understand and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
- Ensure quality of all menu items
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Restaurant Kitchen experience required
- Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights & weekends
