Job Responsibilities

• Line Cooks are responsible for the day-to-day production, preparation, and execution of all food items hot and cold.
• All Cooks will maintain a clean work environment and minimize food waste.
• Ensuring the preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked.
• Making sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
• Cleaning prep areas and ensuring proper food storage
• Stocking inventory and supplies
• Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
• Reporting to the executive chef and following instructions.

Job Requirements

• ServSafe California Certification.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for multi-tasking.
• Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently on a team.
