About the job

Our newest Elephants Delicatessen location is also one of our largest. We just opened in the Lake Grove area of Lake Oswego in it features our popular grab-and-go selections plus a grill, fresh prepared foods, gelato, wine, beer, espresso service, and specialty grocery items.

We are looking for an energetic team-player to serve menu items from the hot food line. Personal motivation and teamwork are imperative. This position requires exemplary hospitality and active customer service, knowledge of specialty and high-end products, and efficient workflow. As you grow in your role, you could learn how to make sandwiches, and other grill menu items to order.

Our ideal candidate will have a year of cooking experience, strong organizational and knife skills, and will be self-motivated! As this is an open kitchen, applicant must enjoy and be consistently oriented toward customer service and be self-aware during all interactions! A food handlers’ card is required for this position.
