BobbyQue is the new BBQ food truck at Barrow Brewing Company. We are currently open Thursday - Sunday and offer delicious barbeque and grill items.

BobbyQue is looking for awesome people!!!!! We are looking for part-time & full-time workers (ages 18+) who are available Wednesday-Sunday and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Leaders and Creatives are what we are looking for.

Full time employees qualify for health, dental, and vision insurance after three months on the job. Incredible benefits and great co-workers in a fun, team-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• ServSafe certified and adhere to strict food hygiene standards
• week-end availability
• barbecue experience
• prep and line cook experience
• high-volume and casual/fine-dining experience is a plus
• positive attitude
• clean, professional, responsible and team-oriented
• ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
• able to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner
• must be 18+
• must have reliable transportation

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and recipes
• Interface with customers
• Cook items to recipe specifications
• Clean up kitchen at the end of the night
• Take cash and credit card payments
• Perform inventory and stock as necessary

Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Wages determined by skill, experience and performance.
