Shifts: 10:00AM - 7:00PM Saturday - Thursday & 10:00AM - 8:00PM Fridays. Some flexibility with schedules

JOB SUMMARY

If you are friendly, dedicated, pleasant, and committed to high standards of customer service with attention to detail, we invite you to join our team. We operate a busy country club, and are looking for seasonal life guards to work at the pool from mid-May through mid-September.

• Must be attentive and responsible at all times
• Attends and participates in all training sessions and team meetings
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others while listening and responding in an appropriate manner
• Perform opening and closing duties assigned
• Cleans and locks up according to prescribed procedures
• Follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies while maintaining a high standard of conduct
• Notifies and reports any problems or concerns to management

Essential Requirements:

• Must have all three certifications (Lifeguarding, CPR & First Aid)
• Certifications must be current throughout the season
• Possess a basic knowledge of excellent service standards
• Available to work weekends, evening shifts and major holidays
• Mandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies and rules
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Requires sitting or standing for extended periods

· Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 50 pounds with assistance

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Lifeguard: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)
• First Aid Certification (Required)
