Creekside Post-Acute (formerly known as San Tomas Convalescent Hospital) is looking for LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSES (LVN) for ALL SHIFTS (Full-time and Part-time) who will provide excellent patient care and enjoys learning and working in a fast-paced environment.
We are offering $5,000 bonus to Full-time LVNs!
We have competitive rates in the area for these shifts. We also offer competitive rates for New Grads and Experienced Nurses alike.
We are a 130-bed skilled nursing & rehabilitation center focusing on short-term rehabilitation (in-house) along with our long-term residents.

Job Description:
Provide excellent and responsive nursing care through medication administration, clinical interventions, following up with MD orders, and identifying changes of condition.
Qualifications:
- Must have an active California LVN license
- Must be fully vaccinated with booster
Experience Requirements:
- New passers - YOU ARE WELCOME!!
- Without LVN work experience but with an active LVN license in the state of California - YOU ARE WELCOME!!
- With LVN work experience - WE WANT YOU!! The pay rate depends on your experience

Open shift schedule:
- AM SHIFT: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- PM SHIFT: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
