The Beauty Loft is seeking a lash technician for booth rental who wants to be part of a brand new high-end salon. We specialize in all things beauty - Nails, Hair, Eyelash Extensions, SkinCare, and Wax.

Looking for:

• We are looking for a charismatic team player to join our Beauty Loft family.
• We need technicians who have a positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor and can-do attitude.
• You must have a valid lash certification.

Job Details:

• Design individualized eyelash treatments specific to guest needs.
• Perform professional eyelash extension sessions, including consultation and aftercare maintenance.
• Understand and recommend exclusive retail products for at-home and aftercare usage.
• Provide education and frequency recommendations to guests on proper, long-term lash aftercare.
• Must have a customer service-oriented mindset and be able to communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers.
• Must have liability insurance.
• Willing to help with front desk tasks.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Basic supplies are provided.
• Schedule is flexible as we understand the importance of family and free time.
• Dress code is black clothing. Please maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
• Pay is commission and tips OR room rental.
• You keep ALL of your tips.
• Social media marketing is welcomed, but please be sure to tag The Beauty Loft in all content containing work done at The Beauty Loft.
