Licensed Insurance Producer

East Windsor, CT | Tampa, FL | Remote | Full-Time

If you are a seasoned personal lines insurance producer looking to move from cold calling or a single carrier platform, Insuritas is the place for you! Insuritas designs, installs and runs fully embedded insurance agencies inside banks and credit unions for their over 20 million customers nationally. You will sell insurance to bank and credit union customers using the latest technology, always responding to the customer's requests for assistance to shop, compare and buy, all in the name of the bank or credit union the customer trusts. You will have access to nearly every major and regional P&C carrier nationally to get the right coverages at the right price for your customers.

Duties for Licensed Insurance Sales Agent:

• Handle an average of 20 inbound sales calls and make approximately 50 outbound sales calls to inquiring customers every day.
• Generate a minimum of 15 quotes per day and 5 policy sales a day.
• Manage your time so you spend approx. 5 hours on the phone - and the balance processing business.
• Master a next generation Agency Management system fully integrated into Salesforce
• Invite your customers to share their experiences with you and your entire team because you are so good at what you do.

Property and casualty licensing is REQUIRED. You will earn an hourly rate of $19.23 plus an excellent uncapped monthly incentive tied to your sales results, which on average from our current agents is $1,600.

You can work remote or work out of one of our high contact sales centers in Tampa FL or East Windsor CT.

Job Requirements

• A current Property & Casualty license - required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales/call center experience with a proven track record of sales and closing abilities.
• Passionate about making money and wowing customers at the same time.
• Work with cutting edge technology, multiple screens, headsets and integrated systems.
