HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Our team is focused on employee growth and development, managing succession planning across the agency, ensuring employee wellbeing, and supporting a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture. We are looking for someone that can support our focus areas by fostering a culture of learning at Momentum. This individual has a passion for learning and can captivate an audience with compelling content and presence. This role will report into the Associate Director, People Strategy & Development.


  • Design, develop, and deliver learning programs for all employees through a variety of delivery methods (in-person, hybrid, virtual)
  • Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts to develop relevant programs
  • Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives and debrief internal stakeholders as needed
  • Championing learning and our culture of development at the agency
  • Ensuring learning links to practical application and macro needs
  • Keeping connected to the most up-to-date learning technology
  • Providing thought leadership on industry innovations
  • Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Maintaining our learning brand and ensuring effective communication of program and initiatives
  • Engage external learning vendors as needed
  • Support the onboarding of a Learning Management System (LMS) and manage the LMS once onboarded
  • Support and exude Momentum’s values (Be One, Do Great Work, Have Fun, Give Back, & Grow) and inclusion pillars (Collective Responsibility & Celebrated Bravery)
  • All other duties as assigned

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years' experience in local market delivery
  • Ability to perform “on stage” and facilitate learning experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, adapting as business needs change
  • Direct experience in integrated marketing agency or creative industry preferred
  • Background in adult education and learning preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Coaching experience a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel primarily within North America

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
