We are looking for energetic individuals who want to make top pay for their excellent work. We are looking for motivated people who are dependable, thorough, friendly and have an eye for detail! Implement our training and we’ll teach you how to make top pay in a few weeks time. You are in control of how much you make – the more motivated you are, the more money you’ll make.

Responsibilities:

• Install various hardscaping materials, including pavers, retaining walls, stone, and concrete.
• Prepare sites for installation by grading, excavating, and compacting.
• Operate heavy machinery and tools, including excavators, skid steers, and hand tools.
• Follow project plans and specifications, ensuring that installations meet all safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with the landscape design team to ensure that projects are completed to specifications.
• Repair and maintain existing hardscaping installations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in hardscaping installation.
• Knowledge of hardscaping materials, installation techniques, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project plans and specifications.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
