Commercial Landscape Maintenance Crew members will be using all commercial lawn equipment walk-behind and zero-turn riding mowers. edgers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers/pruners/hand pruners, hand-pulling weeds, dead-heading flowers and policing for trash/debris are some of the requirements for this position.

All work will be performed on commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (Required) with an insurable driving record.
• Work authorization (Required).
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Commercial Landscape Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred).
• Must pass background check consisting of employment history, personal/professional references and criminal record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The applicant must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor environments that will require exposure to all weather conditions with dust, dirt, chemicals/solvents and natural outdoor odors.
• Dependable Transportation to and from work.
• Must be flexible and willing to do other landscape projects outside of your job description. All team members help and support each other out in all departments when necessary. Being a team player is key to everyone's success!
