Full Description:
- Fast-growing commercial landscaping company serving metro Atlanta. We are seeking an experienced Install Manager to help manage our Installation division. Ideal candidate will have experience with landscape installations and will have previously worked as a crew leader for at least 2 years. Experience overseeing crews as an Install Manager is preferred, but not required.
Qualifications:
- Extensive understanding of landscape installations, including: Plant Material installs, sod installs, basic hardscape, retaining walls, and drainage.
- Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English is preferred).
- Ability to build relationships with customers, subcontractors and fellow employees
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced work environment
- Drivers license required
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing several aspects of landscape installation division, including, but not limited to, designing schedule for and general managing of crews (incl. monitoring project profits and crew hours), helping to monitor project quality, and overseeing equipment and truck maintenance
- Helping to create proposals for new installation projects, including sourcing material costs, building proposal documents, etc.
- Overseeing and training crew members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
