We need a team member who is ready, willing and able to jump in to support our growth by:

● Developing creative concepts for a wide range of projects, including ads, direct mail campaigns, menus, posters, interior graphics, social media postings, web banners and more

● Grand opening support, fundraisers, menus, daily specials, silent auctions, and custom franchisee creative requests

● Design print and digital images or other types of marketing materials

● Video editing

● GIF design

● Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions

● Adhere to standards and template direction to create brand consistency across categories and business units

● Prepare and collect files for final output and release

● Skilled in manipulating photographic images in a style congruent with branding

Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

● 1+ years of Graphic Design related work

● Excellent with Adobe Creative Suite

Required Programs:

· After Effects

· InDesign

Required Skills:

● The ability to take direction, retain information, and accurately execute design concepts in turn

● Strong project management skills – must be extremely organized and a self-starter

● Maintain a detailed calendar of production activity and scheduled projects

● Can-do mentality. Sense of urgency and timeline to all tasks

● Technologically savvy (or a quick learner)

● Ability to work with teams (internal & external) to produce results within tight timeframes across multiple projects at any one time (multitasking)

● Website knowledge - basic knowledge of Wordpress, website builders, and CRM systems
