Golden Rule Industries, Inc. was founded in 1953 in Muskogee, OK. We provide training and employment opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities in Northeastern Oklahoma. Our corporate office is in Muskogee but we serve individuals in Muskogee, Wagoner, Cherokee, Creek and Tulsa Counties and are quickly growing.

️These positions are responsible for overseeing a small group of adults with developmental disabilities throughout their work day; supervise, redirect, teach and build relationships while you create a meaningful day for our people.

-Starting pay of $12-$15/hr, depending on previous work history and education (points for Veterans, retired educators, CNA, associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, general healthcare work experience [must provide verification]).
-NO EXPERIENCE in the developmental disabilities field is needed.

-Must pass background check (no violent crimes, theft, or anything drug related) and be able to complete online job coach training with OKDHS DDS. All training is provided on site.

Job Coach/Retail Associate. Tahlequah Thrift Store and Donation Center. Part Time (15-29 hours/week) Mon-Fri. 10 AM - 4 PM (Flexible). Starting at $12/hr + benefits. Responsible for assisting and overseeing a group of individuals with developmental disabilities throughout their workday. Encourage, assist, redirect. Will share retail store duties with other job coaches. General duties include intake and processing of donations, following donation procedures, overseeing quality control of merchandise, appropriately sorting and pricing merchandise and other duties associated with general retail operations. Ideal candidate is organized, flexible, caring and responsible. Reports directly to store manager. This is an active position and requires movement and standing.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
