Assist and support the individual with learning new tasks at their work site, and support them with using technology pertaining to employment and benefits.
Assist the individual in practicing and role-playing work-ready soft skills, such as but not limited to, self-advocacy, effective communication, how to build relationships, problem-solving, adaptability, and conflict resolution.
Support individual with looking for new job opportunities, updating their resume, and practicing and role-playing interview skills.
Provide Job development, placement, coaching, training, and planning within the work environment
Negotiate potential jobs with prospective employers on behalf of an individual.
Support Job retention and career advancement services.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- No nights
- Weekend availability
