At our headquarters is located in Flowood, MS, our IT team provides assistance to employees company-wide. From assisting with simple questions to solving complex and challenging issues, Tower Loan will give you the opportunity to show your skills!

What would your schedule look like?
- Monday –Friday; 8:30am - 5:30pm
We have an exciting career opportunity for you if you can:
- Utilize helpdesk ticketing system to support end-user problems.
- Monitor system and network alerts to ensure critical systems are online.
- Maintain and support VMWare Environment.
- Support and monitor all backups.
- Work in a team atmosphere and contribute to a positive environment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds of weight.
- Employment contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and credit check.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
- Associates or Technical degree in Computer Science or Computer Networking
- Two (2) years of technical and end-user support
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
- Taking technical support phone calls and providing assistance to end users
- Experience with: Active Directory, Azure, DNS, VMWare, Exchange, and Office 365, Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, and Windows Server 2019
