Job Description

The IT Support Technician will execute activities associated with the IT services that are provided to all business units according to the policies, regulations, procedures, and best practices related to provide IT support in the technology areas. This position will be responsible for providing hardware and software support to the restaurants, ensuring IT users are completely satisfied with IT equipment and Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the root cause of incidents and/or issues reported related to the IT services to minimize the incidence in troubleshooting that affect the IT services.
  • Inform and provide visibility to the IT areas on risks and areas of improvement in the services provided for strengthening IT solutions that will guarantee their availability.
  • Execute activities related to the implementation of assigned projects to meet the established scope in the project implementation plans.
  • Obtain feedback from internal customers about the service provided seeking improvement in the service and satisfaction of the internal customers.
  • Perform weekly reports about general tasks to give visibility to the Management on progress and important considerations on activities related to the IT Support.
  • Deliver service related to the IT support according to the current service catalog guaranteeing the continuity of the operation and providing IT support in a timely manner and in accordance with the service agreements established.
  • Vendor liaison support in implementations and troubleshooting.
  • Frequent visits to the stores are required to provide technical support and to resolve technical issues to meet the needs of the operation in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.

Key Requirements

  • At least Third-year college student in Systems Engineering or related is preferred.
  • Experience: not strictly necessary but 2 years in similar positions is preferred
  • Specialized technician in maintenance of computer equipment. Help Desk Experience (Ticket systems exposure)-MS Desktop experienced-Image and deployed Onboardings-Vendor relations, remote and local-On Call Critical response experience-Work with Access Forms and Equipment recovery .
  • English and Spanish Required
  • Vehicle Required
  • Excellent costumer service, communication skills and proactive team player
