IT Service Technician Job at Vortalsoft Inc
This is for a dedicated full-time tech onsite at one of Advanced Auto Parts distribution centers in Lavergne, TN. It will be for First Shift: M-F 7:00 am - 3:30 PM. Candidates must be vaccinated against Covid and have their own reliable vehicle.
The Technician/Customer Service Engineer will provide break-fix troubleshooting and repair services
General FTE responsibilities.
40-hrs/week (w/Oncall/Occasional OT).
Distribution Center Responsibilities
- Coordinate and Maintain Warehouse End Users PC and Laptops
- Ability to provide support to high access point, via operated lift provided by the customer
- Handling RF equipment (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.), printers, and related peripheral devices
- Supporting all aspects of warehouse / supply chain systems
- Assist in software, application, and hardware support for the local and enterprise staff
- Maintain superior uptime of all equipment, applications, and software
- Document and log incidents using ticketing system for metric and performance-based reporting
- Respond to off-hour emergencies and perform off schedule work as required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
