Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pm (Hybrid)
*$5,000 Sign On Bonus*
The IT Digital Health Analyst- Associate is responsible for streamlining the patient experience through digital platforms. This includes but not limited to providing application support, user acceptance testing, designing, building, and implementing upgrades for various hospital systems
Job Specific Responsibilities
Daily assignments may include but are not limited to:
- Plan new functionality and enhancements to assigned applications
- Performs comprehensive testing of assigned applications to ensure optimal performance. This includes but is not limited to: documentation and communication of testing progress, integration testing, and coordination of workflow validation
- Manage Incident and Service request in a timely manner
- Participates in continuous evaluations and reviews of business processes anticipating requirements, areas of improvement, and developing and implementing solutions and optimization strategies
- Effectively communicates strategic insights and plans regarding supported applications to cross functional team members and management
- Update, implement, and maintain system protocols and procedures
- All other assigned duties related to digital health.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any technical field
- + 1 years of experience in digital health application strategy support or supporting IT applications
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent planning, organizational skills, and ability to follow through until a process is complete
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess, and adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Skilled in communication, both verbally and in written presentation
- Demonstrated analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service qualities
Interaction with Other Departments and Other Relationships
This position requires close interaction with various departments, vendors and outside suppliers to facilitate the growth of digital health
Physical Capabilities
Occasionally exerts a small amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time. Brief walking or standing for short periods of time may be required
