The IT Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, ownership, testing and maintenance of our FreshService Asset Management Solution. Working closely with stakeholders to consolidate the requirements available in FreshService Solution Set, to ultimately meet maximum utility of the solution. You’ll need at least 3 years of experience of Inventory/Asset Management and welcome the opportunity to make an impact from day one.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a key member of the IT team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
-
Implementing and administering IT asset management systems
-
Allocation and organization of Assets Company wide
-
Tracking IT asset life cycle and inventory
-
Maintaining supplier records, service level agreements, and software license information/updates
-
Developing enterprise wide IT purchasing standards and procedures
-
Verifying financial data (e.g., leased, depreciated, or expensed), and monitoring and reconciling changes in inventory
-
Design workflows and automation within the Solution Set
-
Interpreting Business requirements and needs, and implementing them
-
Meeting Industry Specific guidelines as prescribed for tracking/reporting of Assets
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

3+ years of Experience in Asset/Inventory management (Preferred)

Strong Communication skills

Ability to take on challenges and create solutions

Ability to own and organize large subsets of data
