Intermediate Financial Analyst

Job Purpose

The Intermediate Financial Analyst will be the first point of contact for our Franchise Partners and their Accountants in regards to their accounting and bookkeeping questions. They will also develop training programs and teach a basic accounting course to our franchise partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and inquiries from owners and accountants
• Provide guidance and support to stores in their submission of financial statements
• Teach a basic accounting course to owners and host webinars answering questions and providing updates on Crumbl Accounting Standards
• Understand Crumbl’s Internal Financial Reporting software and help troubleshoot and offer guidance on its usage
• Understand Crumbl’s Accounting Standards and guidelines and provide education and support to help owners and accountants understand them

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or 3+ years of similar experience
• Experience with Quickbooks Online
• Experience with customer support
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and teach others
• Professionalism in dress, attitude, and language. You must be able to represent the Crumbl brand positively when working with key individuals and businesses.

Working Conditions

This is an in office position and work from home is not available. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time but a standing desk is available.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Prolonged periods of working on a computer.

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift products and supplies up to 25 pounds.
