BACKSTORY
I am a twenty (plus) year veteran of the insurance and financial services industry who operates a cozy insurance "boutique" in Littleton. My shop is laid back and casual, but we strive to be consummate professionals in what matters most to our clients. For the most part, these clients are mindful, courteous, even grateful for our service. Many have been with me for two decades and have a strong bond with my office.

My office has been completely remodeled in 2023 to be both modern and spa-like. I share the office space with another like-minded agent whom I have known for over 20 years. (This position has the potential for you to work with both agents one day for an even greater income, but I am currently looking for someone to work just with my customers and clients to start.)

YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, licensed office manager position in an office in Littleton.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
This position requires a Colorado Property & Casualty insurance license to start, and eventually a Colorado Life & Health insurance license after you begin. If you already have these licenses then you are catching this wave at the right moment to ride it. If you do not have those licenses, I am currently only able to consider applicants with at least a Colorado Property & Casualty license (and we would work on getting you your Life & Health license once you start).

COMPENSATION

Together we will design a rewarding compensation package specifically for you with all the trimmings. Great salary. A piece of the action (profits). Health insurance. Retirement plan. Paid vacation days. Sick days. Career advancement. In round numbers this is a $50,000 to $80,000 position, depending on what skills and experience you already possess.
