Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative:

• Answer multi-line inbound calls
• Assist potential customers with new policies for personal lines insurance including auto, home or umbrella insurance policies
• Assist current customers with billing, coverage ad claim reports/statuses and any other customer service questions.

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
• Excellent communication skills/phone skills required
• 2 + years of insurance experience
• LICENSED PROPERTY AND CAUSALITY AGENT REQUIRED
