Inside Sales Support Specialist
M+A Matting, a subsidiary of Mountville Mills, Inc., is the world’s largest manufacturer of commercial floor mats. As a manufacturer, we sell through a large and varied group of channel partners (distributors, resellers, retailers, etc.) in the industrial, janitorial/sanitation, office supply, food service, healthcare/scientific, hospitality, and textile rental industries.
Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Support Specialist plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. With the increasing expectation for instant support and product information, they provide our channel partners and potential prospects with the resources they need. This role will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule, in the office and remotely while reporting to the Inside Sales Support Manager for the M+A Matting division (based out of Dalton, Georgia, USA), focusing on support for our distribution and rep partners in the commercial sales segment.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support for M+A Matting Team, rep groups, distributors, and end-users in the field.
- Key contact and point person for communication channels that include chat, email, and direct phone line.
- Help existing distribution by providing updated product and company information.
- Conduct product training through virtual channels.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest for vertical market growth.
- Reach out and engage existing customers who have not recently purchased from M+A Matting.
- Periodic travel will be required, which includes possible in-person meetings and attending trade shows.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required – preferably in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) preferred – (Ex: Salesforce.com.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
