Inside Sales Job at Kitchens By Us, LLC
We are a Kitchen Cabinet distribution company that handles both wholesale and retail accounts. This position will be handling our wholesale clients. Responsible for creating estimates and following due processes for orders until handoff to the Project Team.
This is NOT a sales position where you need to actively acquire sales, rather it is handling orders from our established clients that are in our wholesale segment. This position does receive quarterly bonuses.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responding to clients both via email and phone
- Create estimates and invoices from client's supplied list
- Assisting clients in locating products by going through the inventory
- Collaborates with purchasing departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
- Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager.
- Placing custom orders as needed
- Organizational Skills
- Entering sales data and client data into the company database
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual required (Spanish)
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of products to be sold.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales experience
Nice to Have:
- QuickBooks Online experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
