The ATL Sr. Security Manager is a key role within Lockheed Martin’s fast paced and innovative Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL). In this leadership role, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders from various functions across ATL, enterprise operations, and the customer community to ensure security requirements and business objectives are achieved. The Advanced Technology Labs Sr. Security Manager reports directly to the Sr. Manager of EO/EIT Security Operations and is responsible for coordinating the integration of policies, practices and processes as required, across 3 primary ATL sites that ensure compliance with all industrial, company, corporate and international contractual requirements.

The candidate selected shall be familiar with the NISPOM, ICDs, SAP Manuals, DAAPM, JSIG and possess experience in both collateral and Special Access environments. Must possess superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Candidate must be a self-starter and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse work environment. Responsibilities include ensuring that a continuous review program for collateral and Special Access programs are implemented and sustained at all sites, as well as providing status updates to management and teams within EO/EIT/LMGA/ATL Security Operations. Develops and coordinates the standardization and implementation of many consolidated programs and processes to include; Physical Security, Security Education, DoD compliance management, SAP and SCI compliance management, International Security, Centralized Visitor process and Inspection Readiness Plans for each program.

Other responsibilities include participation in collaboration within industry and with Government agencies to examine and seek new best practices and tools which can be adopted to improve operational environments. Responsible for keeping abreast of all national and international policy changes that may impact operations at the sites. Conducts studies and oversees implementation of security regulations that apply to site and company operations. Coordinates with government agencies to obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations. This individual will coordinate with Counterintelligence Program management in implementing and maintaining a site-specific CI/OPSEC program by instituting planning, surveys, risk analyses, vulnerability assessments, and mitigation procedures.

A Secret security clearance will be required.

Due to security clearance requirement, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Prefer bachelor's degree with 10 years’ experience (combined-Collateral, Special Access and SCI). Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to SAP & SCI information.

This position is located at a Lockheed Martin facility in Cherry Hill NJ.
