Feed Commodities Portland is seeking experienced millwright with at least 5 years of millwright experience, solid leadership experience, works independently with electrical and hydraulic systems as well as welding, machine maintenance. This is a lead position, reporting to General Manager.

Description:

• Provide maintenance support for primary plant and eight offsite facilities.
• Requires mechanical, electrical, welding/fabrication, hydraulic and pneumatic trouble shooting experience to be able to perform duties.
• Working knowledge of welders, power-tools, electrical diagnostic equipment and various hand tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner, unsupervised.
• Forklift, front loader, and manlift experience preferred, though will train right candidate.
• Maintain effective and positive communication with production staff and General Manager.
• Requires basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Must wear proper PPE based on the task at hand.
• Regular attendance and reliable transportation required.
• Experience with boilers, pellet mills and feed processing equipment preferred.
