What will you do?
You will work in a production support organization, which is focused on eliminating losses within the plant to deliver benchmark costs while ensuring superior internal controls.
Daily work could encompass any of the following:
- Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
- Implementing digital dashboards and loss elimination tools
- Collaborating with cost center owners to deliver benchmark expense forecast
- Developing cost analysis tools
- Leading robust internal controls systems
- Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create the best solutions
- Creating learning programs and coaching and training technicians
- Understanding and working with state-of-the-art robotics and automated equipment
This role is specific to the Cape Girardeau Family Care manufacturing facility.This role is an entry level assignment, which will launch you into a career path within Procter and Gamble’s highly esteemed Finance & Accounting organization.
Qualifications
You are a good fit here if you:
- Have a BS/MS degree in Finance/Accounting/Business.
- Are willing to travel on the job on occasion.
- Are willing to relocate during your career.
- Have less than 5 years relevant work experience

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85 - $115K
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
