We are searching for a candidate that is a natural leader and can bring 3-5 years of experience to the table. This company is growing and wants the individual in this role to grow with them. Responsibilities:
- Deal effectively with people in various job capacities
- Coach and develop teammates to perform essential job functions
- Analyze target audience and present ideas in a clear, concise manner
- Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and people skills
- Focus on report building, listening, and the ability to deliver effective training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
- 1+ years of experience conducting hands-on technical training or technical writing
- Six Sigma Black Belt or ability to get certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
