Your role in our mission

Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas.
  • Facilitates the resolution of account specific service problems and the prioritization of work requests
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish fact and reach conclusions, including support for the development of root cause analysis documents
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures
  • Ability to follow procedures and basic technical instructions
  • Research basic errors or issues. Assists in performing administrative responsibilities such as entering information into databases, producing simple statistical reports and presentations, and taking notes during meetings to document key activities. Verifies information and revises reports as appropriate
  • Identifies and escalates areas of improvement

What we're looking for

  • Experience working with help desks, ticket triaging and ticketing software; ServiceNow is preferred
  • Experience working with the technology industry
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of ITIL methodology

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
