Luxury Hotel Experience a plus, Needs to have experience working in High Volume settings

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service - particularly, in communicating with other people. Upon accepting this position, the candidate will be required to work on their interpersonal skills and communication abilities. They will also be required to manage their time and prioritize between the management of individuals and the management of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel.
  • Maintain regular communication with staff, vendors, and the other room managers.
  • Make sure all rooms are clean and ready for new guests.
  • Resolve disputes between guests and staff in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that any medical issues are addressed by a doctor or nurse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
