As a Caregiver at Grand Canyon Home Care, you will build relationships, improve the quality of life, and serve Individuals with disabilities, or Seniors in need of love and care. Your goal will be to help individuals perform activities of daily living listed in their care plans which includes:

• Dressing/Grooming
• Bathing/Personal Hygiene
• Mobility/Transferring
• Light Housekeeping/Laundry
• Cooking/Meal Prep
• Companionship/Social interactions
• Shopping/Errands
• Escorts to physician appointments

Requirements:

• Two forms of Valid Identification
• Three References
• Caregiving Experience
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (We can help you obtain/renew)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (We can help you obtain/renew)
• Able to obtain current negative TB test. (We can help you obtain/renew)
• DCW Level 1 and 2 Certifications

We have clients all over the East and West Valley from: Scottsdale; Mesa; Tempe; Gilbert; Chandler in the East; to Buckeye; Avondale; Goodyear; Phoenix; Glendale; Peoria; Sun City; Surprise; Goodyear in the West. We have clients in your area!
