Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for the creation and enablement of a world class hygiene community. The director will work on building all facets of an effective and scalable hygiene program that focuses on enabling Imagen hygienists with education and technology-based resources. The role includes interdepartmental collaboration to offer career paths, incentive programs and recognition for our hygienists. The role is responsible for creating a system to audit charts and ensure quality care at the practice level. It does include leading a team of regional clinical support team members and training as needed. The role will require regular reporting on hygiene performance and be expected to drive company wide results on hygiene related KPIs.
  • Build and scale an effective hygiene program to provide our Hygienists with educational and technology resources
  • Develop interdepartmental career paths
  • Create recognition programs
  • Build and maintain incentive programs
  • Create a system for auditing charts and ensuring quality care at the practice level
  • Lead and train a team of regional clinical support team members
  • Report on hygiene performance
  • Drive company-wide hygiene related results and KPIs
  • Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
Qualifications:
  • Clinical degree is not required for this role, but is always a bonus
  • Experience designing, creating content for, and delivering to practices a national hygiene strategy, from inspiration to implementation
  • Direct group practice support experience
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
