Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning has been locally owned and operated since 1992. We focus mainly on residential retrofit with some light commercial as well. We provide maintenance, service, installation, and duct cleaning for our customers' heating and cooling systems.

About our training program:

Mercurio's Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for strong candidates who want to become technicians by learning the industry from the ground up. We are purposefully creating a skilled workforce in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) field by providing opportunities for individuals to learn while being paid on the job.

What positions are we hiring for?

We currently have openings in all of our departments for entry level technicians. You may be assigned to work in maintenance, duct cleaning, or installation, depending on background and aptitude.

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong communication skills with the ability to talk about the work you are doing with customers
• Ability to pass background check
• Clean driving record
• Be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and attics, and in all weather conditions.

• Comfortable using technology, specifically iPads
• Detailed and accurate on paperwork
