As an HVAC Service Technician we are looking for someone who wants to learn about installation, service and maintenance of heating and cooling systems, oil heat, propane, heat pumps and generators. An interest and willingness to consistently learn, diagnose, problem solve and take great care of our customers is a must.

Not a HVAC Service Technician already? That is okay, we are willing to train and help get you licensed, if you are the right fit for our company.

Maintaining your licensing is required and we assist with training and licensing. We have an on-site classroom with certified instructors who will assist you with obtaining your oil and propane licensing in Vermont and New Hampshire as well as your NORA, CETP and continuing education.

Our team members must to pass a pre-employment, post offer physical as this job is physically demanding. We also need to know that you have some education, so a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Once you are trained and licensed, there is a rotating on-call for after-hours service. The on-call schedule compensates with a pager fee and hourly on-call pay. There are opportunities for overtime.
