Pay

• $45,000.00-$80,000.00/year
• Pay is based on experience

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repair/replace heating and cooling systems
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
• Assisting with client's concerns

Job requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience
• Team player
• Ability to perform HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repair/replace heating and cooling systems.
• Physical ability to lift and carry HVAC equipment as required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Any certifications and technical school training a plus
• Good communication skills, ability to interact professionally with customers and co-workers, and great attitude!
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
