Our office in Thousand Palms, CA has an immediate need for a driven, energetic HVAC Service Technician to Repair, Troubleshoot, & Consult with Homeowners on optimal HVAC/IAQ Systems for their needs.

** Earn up to $150,000 annually plus bonuses!!** Must have 4+ years of Experience**

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and conduct maintenance on air conditioning systems, furnaces, coils, and condensers
• Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
• Document service performed, and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records
• Complete all tasks in accordance with proper quality and safety standards
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
• Experience in setting units
• Hands-on experience in brazing, zoning, mini splits, furnaces, condensers & electrical wiring
• Experience with all types of HVAC systems and how each component within the system operates, experience with overall operations of the system as a whole.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-10 years of HVAC Repair and Troubleshooting experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
• Analytical, Focused on Quality, and Results-driven
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
• Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
• Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions
• EPA Universal Certification

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• The principal duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes, the outdoors, and field environments at development and work sites on uneven and rough terrain.
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance.
• Required to work in outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and temperature swings, for extended periods of time.
• Requires concentration and attention to detail; requires a high level of organizational and prioritization skills.
• Standing up to 8 hours per day; Walking up to 8 hours per day on uneven, difficult terrain.
• Occasional heavy manual labor to include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Regular and repetitive grasping, gripping, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to others and to convey detailed spoken instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly.
• The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms, or alarms).
• May work in closed or cramped space on occasion

GROOMING REQUIREMENTS
Well-Groomed Appearance (upon hire) – a clean haircut, clean shaven or well-trimmed facial hair, no offensive or facial/neck tattoos or piercings
