One Community Health is looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources Team. The HR Manager will manage our full employee life-cycle, including onboarding, internal operations and employee experience. As the HR Manager, you will have a front row seat and a direct impact on the next phase of our growth. Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with all levels of employees from individuals to teams, from entry-level to executive leadership
  • Coaches and advises staff on solving problems and implementing resolutions for performance management challenges, and other workplace human resources challenges
  • Manage all People Operations functions, such as employee relations, onboarding / offboarding, benefit & compensation administration, and performance management
  • Corporate Policy Interpretation: manage, formulate, and recommend HR policies as requested
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Administer Total Rewards program to include conducting analysis and serving as primary contact with providers (including group health and life, worker’s compensation, unemployment, and retirement plans)
  • Build and implement a system to support an inclusive and diverse community throughout the company
  • Plan and direct employee engagement events, which promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture
  • Maintain industry leading practices to foster a best-in-class workforce and culture of security and compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising a Human Resources/People Operations team
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP strongly preferred
  • Experience building, maintaining and presenting HR data analytics
  • High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people
  • Comfortable navigating chaos and eager to tackle both the strategic questions and the tactical issues critical to growing a company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
  • Passionate about people and how they function together to create a valuable organization
