We are currently seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant/Generalist to join our team in Lombard, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR operational support to employees and managers.
• Responsible for all staffing needs and recruit new talent as needed. This will include ensuring that the proper recruiting, interviewing, screening, reference checking and hiring procedures are followed.
• Process all new hire paperwork, employment background checks and drug screening.
• Administration of on-boarding new employees including gathering documentation. Conduct new hire orientation, explanation of benefits, company policies and procedures.
• Properly handle employee relation issues.
• Daily navigation and use of ADP.
• Provide management with requested reports and documents.
• Accurately maintain employee files. Verify accuracy within employee files.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years HR experience with full understanding of all aspects of HR and best practices.

Bilingual in Spanish

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience working with HR systems (ADP or Paycom) preferred.

High attention to detail is a must for this position to ensure accuracy and correct completion of all documents.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to use good judgement and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Willing to work as part of a team or independently.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
