Human Resources Assistant Job at Optimal Wireless, LLC
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizes and maintains electronic filing system including filing documents for daily use.
- Follows clearly detailed procedures in performing simple, repetitive tasks such as data entry.
- Performs various administrative duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
Qualifications:
- Filing, researching, duplicating, computer skills, multi-tasking, organizational skills.
- Skill in utilizing a personal computer and associated software.
Ability to:
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Identify and resolve problems or situations requiring the understanding of payroll principles and the exercise of good judgment.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Create and use computer spreadsheets.
- Interpret and apply Federal, State, and local policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
- Research, analyze, and summarize data.
- Work independently in the absence of supervision.
Must Have:
- Regular and timely attendance at work.
- Knowledge of:
- QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Notes and other related computer programs and software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
