FL-City of Oakland Park-Human Resources Administrative Aide - Provides for front desk coverage and initial greeting and receipt of internal and external customers to the department.

POSITION: Human Resources Administrative Aide

LOCATION: 3650 N.E.12th Avenue, Oakland Park, Fl 33334

CONTRACT LENGTH: Long Term (9+ Months)

Payrate- $18/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION:

**Working knowledge of records management and file maintenance principles and practices.

**Performs a variety of general administrative support functions for the department, e.g., filing, copying, reception, word processing, mail receipt, and distribution.

**Prepares orientation packets and supporting information for processing and orienting new hires to City operations.

Minimum Skill Requirement:

**Ability to operate a variety of current office technologies including, but not limited to, personal computers, copiers, telephones, and facsimile machines. **Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
