An HR Specialist is responsible for monitoring and conducting employee relations for healthcare professionals for employment with GrapeTree Medical Staffing, LLC.

• Location: Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation!
• Schedule: As an HR Specialist, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Wage: This hourly position starts at $19.00 per hour. Wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay! Total compensation package for this position is up to $24.00/hour.
• Benefits: Medical insurance: premium as low as $10.07 per week, Basic Life Insurance: $50,000, 401k: up to 4% employer match, bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities

A day in the life of an HR Specialist:

Support to our healthcare professionals

• On a daily basis, you will process attendance updates and disciplinary actions for our healthcare professionals.
• You will evaluate and work to resolve any employee disciplinary action concerns that may arise.
• You will work through unemployment, workers compensation, employment verifications and various other related duties
• You will have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation and will maintain a high level of confidentiality, always.

Here’s what we would need from you to be successful in this role:

• Computer experience and skills with, but not limited to, Microsoft Office and Internet
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Previous Human Resources experience preferred, but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
